This milestone is one that has been years in the making, from starting our construction planning and schedule since 2019. The road has not been an easy one but it has been made possible by all the hardworking individuals who are involved in building Koh Samui’s largest EIA (Environmental Impacted Assessment) approved condominium project.
We are very happy to be able to celebrate and share this milestone with our owners, agents as well as team who have given their precious time to make this a remarkable collective effort.
Wing Samui Condo is very much on track to complete Phase 1 by 2024 and Phase 2 by 2025.
With buyers from over 20 different countries, we are very proud to be able to build their dream holiday home on the beautiful island of Koh Samui.
As the foundations are already complete, our prices will increase by 1% by September 18th 2023 and with increments of 1% as each floor is completed with a total of 4 floors.
Wing Samui Condo aims to have an overall net positive impact on Koh Samui through providing jobs, promoting Koh Samui as a whole globally as well as assist in any local programs such as the Wing Samui Condo scholarship fund which provides a full ride scholarship for college students in Koh Samui.
