The three payment plans

Plan 1: Start with just 20%. 20% down, 80% financed over 60 months at 4% a year.
Plan 2: Pay less interest. 30% down, 70% financed over 60 months at 3% a year.
Plan 3: 0% interest. 30% down, 70% financed over 36 months with no interest at all.

What it looks like on a THB 3,200,000 unit

Plan 1: THB 640,000 down, then about THB 51,200 a month for 60 months. Total interest THB 512,000.
Plan 2: THB 960,000 down, then about THB 42,933 a month for 60 months. Total interest THB 336,000.
Plan 3: THB 960,000 down, then about THB 62,222 a month for 36 months. No interest.

How it works

Choose your unit and plan. At signing you lock in your down payment and the financed share.
Pay the down payment. Your unit is handed over within 20 days.
Move in or rent it out. Your first installment is due on the 1st of the month after handover.
Pay monthly, or pay ahead. Early payments go straight to the unpaid principal, and you can settle in full at any time.
Ownership in your name. Once the balance is fully paid, the unit is registered in your name as a foreign freehold condominium.

Live in it, or let it earn for you

From the day you get your keys, the unit is yours to use. Spend the season in Koh Samui, or place it in the Wyndham Garden Samui Wing rental management program. Rental income is paid to you separately from your installments.

Good to know

Early repayment is allowed at any time.
Resale is allowed during the plan. The new buyer takes over the remaining installments.
Late payments carry interest, and two months overdue is treated as a default under the contract, so choose a plan with a monthly payment you are comfortable with.
These plans can be combined with other campaigns, but price discounts are not stackable.
