Dear Wing Samui Family,
As the first half of 2024 comes to a close, we would like to take this time to thank all of our owners, partners and all Wing Samui Condo team members who have been an integral part in the construction of Koh Samui’s largest EIA approved condominium project. As we approach the second half of 2024, we are very excited to be able to showcase the final product in just a few short months. While we are one of the fastest building project in Thailand, it is important that we also keep up with the quality assurances checks every step of the way to ensure not only speed but more importantly, the quality, for all our owners.
Progress on the construction project is advancing across multiple buildings with specific tasks underway keeping up with our well planned timeline which is moving along at an expected pace.
In Building 1, interior plastering is ongoing on the first floor, while the balcony wall on the second floor and lift pit walls on the first to third floors are being plastered. Electric pipe installation is in progress on the fourth floor. Building 2 is currently installing electric pipes on the first and third floors, completing interior plastering on the second floor, and installing electric pipes, doors, and window frames on the fourth floor. Building 3 is focusing on interior plastering on the first floor and block work on the fourth floor. Building 4 is installing electric pipes on the first and second floors and conducting block work on the fourth floor. Building 5’s activities include exterior plastering and tiling on the fourth floor. Building 6 is finalizing block work on the third and fourth floors. Meanwhile, Building 8 is in the process of painting its exterior, installing doors, windows, and corridor railings on all floors. At the swimming pool, rebar installation for the pool floor and piping for the pool system are currently underway.
