New students at the college can apply for a 3 year scholarship program that will include paid work upon graduation.
On May13th 2023, Wing Samui Property Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding , with วิทยาลัยการอาชีพเกาะสมุย (Koh Samui Industrial and Community Education College) to provide full scholarships to their students which includes financing their entire education up till graduation.

The ceremony was overseen by Mr Somchok Meekoud, the Director of the college.
This signing was during a very special day for new students as it was the day of their enrollment into the college.
The goal of the scholarship is to build up the youth of Koh Samui to ensure a bright future and encourage them to achieve their own goals through education and hard work.
New students attending their enrollment date ceremony where they can begin their higher education in Koh Samui.
The scholarship will include a fully paid tuition for three years of college as well as allowances for food and accommodation in school.
They will also be given the opportunity ro participate in student exchange programs overseas for 6 months.
Upon graduation, they will receive full time salaried work at Wing Samui Property or their partner companies.
Through this program, Wing Samui hopes to instill confidence to the youth and create mature skilled individuals who are ready to contribute at a high level. Language lessons will also be provided to allow them better communication skills.
Wing Samui hopes to be able to provide more opportunities to the local community through building a strong foundation for the youth of Koh Samui.
