With Buildings 1 to 6 now fully completed, owners are being invited to schedule their handover appointments and prepare to move into their new homes in paradise.  Please note that handover will occur in stages, if you have not been notified, please wait for the email notification before proceeding to handover.

Simple and Smooth Handover Process.

To make the transition effortless, Wing Samui Condo has prepared a clear three-step handover process for all owners:

  1. Schedule Your Appointment.
    Contact your Account Manager to arrange a handover date. Please book at least three (3) working days before your desired date. For those who have not yet completed ownership transfer or lease registration, a minimum of seven (7) working days’ notice is required to coordinate all documentation.

  2. Inspect Your Unit and Sign Documents.
    On your scheduled date, your Account Manager will accompany you during the inspection of your new unit. Once satisfied, you will proceed with signing the handover documents to officially confirm ownership.

  3. Completion of Handover.
    Once all documents are signed, your handover is complete. You will then receive your official Property Handover Document Box, symbolizing the successful transition to your new home at Wing Samui Condo.
