Wing Samui Condominium held their Ground Breaking Ceremony in Koh Samui on May 3rd 2023.
The ceremony symbolises the beginning of the construction of the Wing Samui Condominium project which is Koh Samui’s first Environment Impact Assessment (E.I.A) Approved project on the island.
Wing Samui Condominium is build on 18,000sqm of land with 14 buildings and 560 units. The project is currently the largest condominium project in Koh Samui.
The project is located in the prime location of Chaweng, Koh Samui, which is only a few less than ten minutes away to many lifestyle conveniences such as the airport, tourist hotspots, Bophut and Chaweng Beach, schools as well as hospitals.
The project will feature two swimming pools, a rubber jogging track, gym, sauna, 5000sqm Zen Garden and a commercial area with restaurants right opposite Makro in Bophut.
Starting at 29sqm to 68sqm. Every unit sold are fully furnished ready to move in including furniture and electronics.
The first EIA approved project in Koh Samui is led by local businessman and previous Deputy Mayor of Koh Samui Muensil Poolsawad in a joint venture with Wing Samui Property.

Wing Samui Condominium will be completed in two phases with the first phase being completed in 2024 and the second phase in 2025.
